How do I buy something I’ve seen?

The online shop is open when I restock with new pieces. Once stock is gone the shop closes so that I can concentrate on making new stock for you all to enjoy!

Pieces are made in limited numbers. I will announce when I am selling my collections on social media.

Large Orders

In the event of a large order there may be additional shipping costs that will have to be added to your order to ensure your parcel will be adequately insured before I am able to dispatch. We will advise you of any changes we need to make to shipping costs.

Where do I ship too?

I am currently only shipping to the UK. International shipping will resume in 2024.

Shipping and Handling

Please make sure that your delivery/shipping address is accurate. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address please contact me via email to rearrange shipping within 6 months.

To ship - we require your phone number (including country code) and email address.

Note that the buyer is always responsible for all shipping/handling, insurance and customs frees.

Shipping covers cost of shipping and insurance for the items and not the customs fees.

Customs/Import Duties

Since 1st January 2021, shipping to the EU has changed.

Each country will have their own import duties/customs fees, please check you are happy with these before ordering as you will be responsible for the taxes or charges you may receive.

What happens if I don’t receive my parcel?

I do not reply to DM’s on instagram so please only contact me via email for missing orders.

Orders sent via Royal Mail or DHL are subject to Royal Mail/DHL terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders placed will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks from the day of purchase.

All UK orders are sent sent via Royal Mail special delivery.

International orders are sent via the Royal Mail if the order value is under £250, and with DHL if order value is over £250.

Since 1st January 2021, shipping to the EU has changed.

Please note I cannot guarantee any orders arrive for the 25th December 2023.

What happens if my item arrived damaged?

In the rare event an item arrives damaged please email me with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging to lilyannaarmstrongart@gmail.com

Please do make sure your shipping details are correct as I cannot accept liability for loss of a shipment because of an incorrect shipping address.

I am not responsible for items missing or damaged in transit; therefore, it is advised to obtain a proof of postage certificate and preferably return them 'tracked'.

Is a refund possible if I am not happy with my items?

Yes, it is. Please first send me an email, with a picture of the received pieces, and the reason why you are not happy with them. Please pack as carefully as possible.

Note that you are responsible for initial shipping costs and return shipping costs. If the item is damaged upon return, the you are responsible for any loss in value. We will only refund the return shipping costs if the item is faulty, damaged or you were sent the wrong item.

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the item.

Do you accept custom orders?

I am afraid I do not take custom orders or commissions.

How to care for your ceramics.

Clean it with a soft damp cloth, or if necessary hand wash in warm soapy water. We urge customers to hand wash their ceramics in lukewarm water.

The gold on my pieces are gold lustre. I would recommend not wearing them in water. I would also recommend not putting things with gold lustre in the dishwasher.

DO NOT PUT ANYTHING WITH LUSTRE IN MICROWAVE (LUSTRE IS METAL)

Will items be restocked?

I make mostly one off pieces once a collection is sold out it’s unlikely that I will revisit it.

Do I take wholesale orders?

As much I would like to the way wholesale is structured doesn’t work for me as I try and price everything on my website as affordable as I can therefore taking wholesale I would lose all my profit. I also make one off pieces that I would consider and artwork rather than a product so making list of products is difficult. However if you send me an offer I can’t refuse or want to collaborate then please send me an email.
